DESCRIPTION OF COACHING
Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Student and Coach in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Student to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals.
STUDENT - COACH RELATIONSHIP
Student agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by OnlineVOCoaching.com. It is recommended that the Student review these Terms and Conditions.
The Student is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of, or resulting from, the Coaching Session and their coaching calls and interactions with the Coach.
OnlineVOCoaching.com does not, and shall not, discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
FEES AND PAYMENT OBLIGATION
The fee is based on the Coach’s specific hourly session rate, plus the service charge to OnlineVOCoaching.com. Student agrees to pay Coaching Session Fee in full prior to session.
Refunds for Coaching Services are not permitted. It is to your benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your Session that you have selected the Coach that is appropriate for your endeavors. Please try and reschedule your appointment with your Coach. If you have extenuating circumstances and/or the Coach is not able to have a session with you, Admin will offer you CREDIT that must be used within 30 days of notifying us at: Admin@OnlineVOCoaching.com.
COMMUNICATION AND INTERNAL MESSAGING
All communication with Coaches must be done through the OnlineVOCoaching.com internal messaging system. You may not circumvent this process and contact your Coach directly. Please be informed that the Coaches may not contact you outside of the internal messaging either. You are required to use Zoom for all Coaching Sessions. We do not use any other platforms. Failure to adhere to this will result in breach of Agreement and immediate removal of your personal profile and future use of any services on OnlineVOCoaching.com. Admin has full jurisdiction and control of the internal messaging system and can review exchanges when they deem necessary.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / NO-SHOWS
Every session is scheduled in advance. If you cannot make your scheduled time, you must notify your Coach within 24 hours of your scheduled time through the internal messaging system. No-shows, reschedule requests, or cancellations received without adequate notice of 24 hours will be considered forfeited. Admin will not offer any credit to you. Should your Coach fail to cancel or request to reschedule within 24 hours, you will receive a full CREDIT that you may use with any Coach you choose within 30 days.
CRITERIA FOR COACHES / COACHING STYLES
All Coaches have been vetted and must meet very specific criteria to be considered. They each have varied and unique approaches to their style and techniques. There are no guarantees that you will like the coaching style. Have a question for the Coach prior to purchasing a Session? You may communicate with the Coach through our internal messaging system. You must do this by clicking the “Purchase Session” button on a Coach’s Profile and then “Ask The Coach”. Please allow 24 hours for a response. We recommend you complete your inquiries and communication with the prospective Coach prior to completing purchase.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
OnlineVOCoaching.com is not responsible for any results that may or may not occur BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER your Coaching session. This is a creative service that shall be used for educational purposes only.
Serving our Students is a focal point of our business. You deserve the highest quality service and standards throughout your experience with OnlineVOCoaching.com. If you feel that your Coach has treated you inappropriately or unfairly, we will address it to the best of our ability in accordance with the Standards and Practices of our business. Please notify Admin@OnlineVOCoaching.com to discuss. We are not responsible for any communication that occurs outside of our services on OnlineVOCoaching.com.
We do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). A child may receive training, but the Student Agreement must be completed by an adult/guardian. We recommend that an adult be present or close by during all Coaching Sessions.
INACTIVE / DELETION OF PROFILE
OnlineVOCoaching.com has the right to delete or suspend Student Profiles at anytime if Admin concludes that there has been a violation of our Student Terms of Agreement.
ADVERTISING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Coaches and Students may both share great news in the “Share Great News” section of our website. This information will be sent to Admin to authorize and publish. The information provided should pertain to Student and Coaching achievements experienced on OnlineVOCoaching.com only. By agreeing to the terms in this Student Agreement, you agree that we may use your full name, likeness and success story publicly for our site and for all Social Media.
You agree that you shall not disparage, criticize or defame OnlineVOCoaching.com, its employees, directors, officers, affiliate coaches, services, technology or business, either publicly or privately.
All material relating to OnlineVOCoaching.com is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All materials may not be recorded, used or reproduced without the written permission of OnlineVOCoaching.com
JURISDICTION AND DISPUTES
THE COACHING PROCESS
All coaching takes place in your designated online Virtual Zoom Meeting that has been set up by your Coach. You will receive your session invite and material prior to your meeting in your Inbox through the internal messaging center. Please make sure you are in a quiet place and have access to a computer that is preferably hard-wired with an Ethernet cable (as opposed to wireless) to ensure the best possible connection. Coaches are not responsible for dropouts. You must be on time to all sessions, signed in ready to go. Please wait for your Coach to initiate the meeting.
